English regional seminar: «English within trilingualism»

On the 21st of December,2018 a regional seminar for English teachers took place in I. Altynsarin Glubokoe Secondary School.

The theme of the seminar was “English within trilingualism”. 21 teachers attended the seminar.
Kaziyeva A.N. introduced English teachers (Belyova T.S., Yarulina S.Y, Abilmazhinova D.A, Kaziyeva A.N., Fedichkin V.S. ), who work at the school: their work experience, their achievements and some general information. Kaziyeva A.N., Fedichkin V.S. provided the training according to the the theme “Using trilingualism in English lessons”, told about it’s actuality. N.Nazarbayev firstly suggested the idea of trilingualism in 2004. In 2007 the president suggested phased implementation of cultural project “ the trinity of languages”. According to this project it’s necessary to develop all three languages: Kazakh as the state language, Russian as the language of communication, English as the world language, the language of science, innovations and the Internet. And the main goal for English teachers and other teachers is how to use trilingualism on our lessons. It’s difficult, it demands much time to plan and organize the lesson using 3 languages. Kaziyeva A.N., Fedichkin V.S. suggested some ways and ideas how to use trilingualism in English lessons. After training the teachers attended “Preparing for the holiday. Happy New Year” that was during the breaktime.
The main goal of the teacher Yarulina S.Y. was to teach and learn English , Kazakh and Russian in a funny way.


After the breaktime the teachers: Belyova T.S., Kaziyeva A.N., Fedichkin V.S. presented English lessons. All the lessons were within the framework of using trilingualism .

Finally Abilmazhinova D.A. and the teacher of music, Bogdanova O.V. demonstrated a very fascinating, funny and enjoyable extracurricular event, where the teachers showed their abilities, knowledge and talent.


Positive comments and analysis from the colleagues inspired the teachers on a very strong motivation in their further work, in teaching English and the achievement of pedagogical skills.
